The right support worker can make all the difference

Working out in the community I am connecting with more and more families who are seeking a different option for their loved one

Many families with adult children with a disability have spent decades not only parenting but also advocating, managing, overseeing and promoting their loved one to have the opportunities many of us take for granted.

These families are tired, frustrated and disappointed with the larger companies and see what can happen when working with an independent support worker who is self employed and invested in their work and the people they chose to work with.

Consequently Creative Care is evolving from a one woman show to a bit of a hub that is connecting the very best hand picked support workers that I can find with more and more unique members of our local disabled community.

My goal is to offer a range of skills and passions to really connect with and bring out the dreams and goals of our clients to enable them to live their very best lives.

It is a big goal, however I believe the time is ripe to really make each and every precious life count, it is a winning situation for everyone.
