Life can have all sorts of demands on us and it is really important that we take time out to process and express what we are going through, using non-verbal creative ways to meet this need is very freeing and everyone can do it.

We can work creatively and playfully in all areas of our lives adding great depth and satisfaction. We can bring creativity into our cooking and menu planning, get creative in the garden or create a fabulous adventure tailored to you.

I am also an experienced artist and love to play in all creative arts. Together we can find creative options for you to relax and enjoy.
